Sardines, Beans, and Eggs
I Recently learned that I should be getting at least 60g of protein a DAY! I get absolutely nowhere near this :( This is an attempt to get some protein in me!
Ingredients
- 1 Onion in slices
 - 2 Cloves of garlic finely chopped
 - 1 400g Tin of tomatoes
 - 2 tbsp of Tomato puree
 - 1 tsp Chilli flakes
 - 1 tsp Paprika
 - 2 120g Tins of sardines roughyl chopped
 - 1 400g Tin of white beans
 
Method
- Cook onion in oil
 - Add garlic and fry until colour changes
 - Add tin of tomatoes and tomato puree, and spices.
 - Cook for 5-8 minutes until sweet
 - Add sardines and beans
 - Cook for another 5 minutes
