Sardines, Beans, and Eggs



I Recently learned that I should be getting at least 60g of protein a DAY! I get absolutely nowhere near this :( This is an attempt to get some protein in me!

Ingredients

Method

  1. Cook onion in oil
  2. Add garlic and fry until colour changes
  3. Add tin of tomatoes and tomato puree, and spices.
  4. Cook for 5-8 minutes until sweet
  5. Add sardines and beans
  6. Cook for another 5 minutes
