Paneer
This recipe makes about 250-300g of paneer.
Ingredients
- 4 Pints of whole milk
 - 4 Tablespoons of lemon juice
 
Method
- Bring milk to boil and as it approaches bring it down to a simmer
 - Add lemon juice and the milk with split into curds
 - Collect curds and drain through a tea towel in a colander
 - Refrigerate for 2-3 hours before use.
