Paneer



This recipe makes about 250-300g of paneer.

Ingredients

Method

  1. Bring milk to boil and as it approaches bring it down to a simmer
  2. Add lemon juice and the milk with split into curds
  3. Collect curds and drain through a tea towel in a colander
  4. Refrigerate for 2-3 hours before use.
