Gorgonzola Pasta

Ingredients

Method

  1. Add a good glug of olive oil to a pan on medium heat and add the shallots. After one minute add the chilli flakes and garlic.
  2. Once the shallots have browned add the chopped tomatoes and reduce to a low / medium heat. Season with salt and pepper, add half the basil and leave to simmer for 5 minutes.
  3. Start cooking pasta now.
  4. Add the Gorgonzola and stir in until melted.
  5. Add the cream.
  6. Once pasta is cooked, add to the sauce and serve immediately.
  7. Garnish with left over basil.
