Bibimbap
Ingredients
Gochujang sauce
- 5 tbsp gochujang paste
 - 3 tbsp toasted sesame oil
 - 1½ tbsp soy sauce
 - 1 tbsp honey
 - 1½ tbsp rice vinegar
 
Rice
- 1 good mug of sushi rice
 
Accompaniments
Mix and match any of these, but add anything really..
- Bean spouts
 - Raw firm tofu or fried
 - Tenderstem broccoli
 - Avocado sliced
 - Peppers
 - Fried egg
 - Raw carrot sliced
 - Pickled cucumber
 - Kimchi
 - Steamed Spinach
 - Spring onion
